Interesting slides, thanks for sharing! Without hearing your comments, the first few slides were a bit confusing, but I got the gist of it a little deeper in. I took a Records Management class at Xerox back in the early 90's. Things have changed!
Yes, I also wish I had heard what Simon had to say. But an enjoyable and stimulating set of slides, nonetheless
